Hope Lodge will be hosting a More Light Night on February 2 at 7pm. Bro. Russ Herner will present "Cathedrals Built by the Masons" Hope will then be hosting a Table Lodge at their regularly stated meeting at 7:30 on April 3. Please consider joining them for these two exciting annual events! In the spirit of promoting unity among our Appendant Bodies, as well as our Symbolic Lodges, the Valley of Toledo has named its Spring Reunion in honor of Most Illustrious Stephen C. Hill, Grand Master of the Grand Council Royal and Select Masons of Ohio. In honor of this great event, our Sovereign Grand Commander of the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction A.A.S.R., Illustrious David A. Glattly, has authorized the waiver of all initiation fees for all candidates who join our Valley at this Spring Reunion. Candidates should be aware, however, that they will be expected to pay dues in the Fall of 2019 for the 2020 year. The Spring Reunion will be held in the Clyde High School Auditorium in Clyde, OH on Saturday, March 30, 2019.
Any Master Mason in good standing may improve his Masonic knowledge by petitioning the Scottish Rite and receiving five live degrees at this Reunion. Any potential candidate may obtain a petition online at www.scottishritenmj.org/join or by contacting any member or the Executive Secretary at 419-893-2942. Most Illustrious Grand Master Hill not only serves the Grand Council as its presiding officer, but he is also the Junior Warden of Northern Light Council, Princes of Jerusalem, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Valley of Toledo. Trent T. Dominique, 33° Deputy’s Representative, Valley of Toledo-AASR Wayne Lodge's inspection has been postponed. It will be rescheduled for a future, yet to be determined date.
On Wednesday December 19th, Mercer Lodge will be hosting the Colonial Entered Apprentice Degree team from the Valley of Dayton who will be conferring the degree upon a new candidate. The meeting will start at 7:30pm and they would like to invite all of the Brethren from the District to join them for a truly unique experience.
